Default Put Manual Pedal Box In, Now Brake Pedal Is Stiff, Quick Replies Please

I am in the process of converting my 93 VP Series II v6 into a manual. I have just started and ijust put the new pedal box in, all went in smooth. now the brake pedal is stiff. It all worked perfectly fine before. The pedal is in great condition, so thats not the prob. The brake booster itself worked perfectly fine before the pedal box swap, the brakes were fine aswell, they still work but only about 3/4 of an inch of pedal travel. Im really looking forward to finishing the conversion so i dont really want this hick-up to slow me down :-) . If anyone can please help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you turned the car on? The pedal will be stiff 'till you get the booster running on vacuum again.

Is it possible you knocked out the vac hose during the conversion?

No the vaccuum hose is still on the booster, its all connected properly. Its like the booster has locked pressure inside it, making the pedal hard all the time, engine on and off. Is there anyway of something like this happening ?.

If it was me i'd check all the hoses and lines and then bleed the brakes.

I checked all the lines and there sweet as, so i'm just gonna give the brakes a Re-Bleed and go from there. But if anyone else has any ideas dont be afraid to put them up, every bit helps. Thanks.
