ok so far i have checked radiator hose top/bottom, checked radiator core ,changed thermostat, and from i dont know where but iam looking water from, any other choices on where to look?( also checked the oil just in case and nope its water free)

Heater core, heater tap, check the seams of the plastic radiator tanks for splits, plastic fittings that connect the heater system hoses to the inlet manifold (under throttle body elbow and alternator).
That should sort you out, if you still can't find anything, take the thermo fan off, and lift the radiator up a couple of inches, see if there's coolant pooled under the core on the framework.
