Removing A Pillar Covers

Hey all,

Im wondering if anyone here knows how to get the A pillar moulds (the ones between the front windscreen and doors) off without breaking the clips. Im redoing my roof lining and broke them when i re did my VN roof lining, so this time i want to try avoiding it if i can.

just ease it out with a flathead mate realy is a prik of a job slow n steady
