Manual gearbox putting in (lubrication of parts)

When putting my gearbox in, do I need to grease up the input shaft? If so what type of grease do I use?
Do I need to put grease on the spigot bearing? If so what type of grease?
And does the throwout bearing need to be packed with bearing grease?

Spigot bush: soak in trans fluid overnight, wipe dry before installing
Input shaft: very very lightly grease, if at all
Thrust bearing: grease the inside ring, and the shaft it slides on. Also grease the face that contacts the clutch fork
Clutch fork: grease all contacts

Just keep in mind NOT TO GET GREASE OR OIL WHERE IT CAN SPIN ONTO THE CLUTCH!!

When you drive the car, everything spins, and grease is flicked EVERYWHERE. So if any grease is near the clutch assembly, it WILL get on the clutch and glaze it
