hey guys just traded my magna for a vn 3.8 5 speed two problems it has a vibration (slight pressure removes it but the guy claimed it was replaced a month ago) and secondly the car seems to die once you get past about 3600 rpm and suggestions? tomorrow ill be changing the air filter leads and plug hope that works but if not help would be nice thanks

and when you say die do you mean it lacks power above 3600 or it cuts out?

the clutch pedal vibratesso im wondering if he has put it the wrong clutch or just doesnt know how to install them and 1000-3000 rpm it pulls like all hell then after that it diesoff suddenly and by 3600 its accelerating slower then a prius

the lack of pull could be heaps of things, fuel pump or filter, filter would be the easiest, there's a guide in the howto section

ok new problem now once it hits 2500 rpm the engine light comes on and the engine jumps like dies then goes constantly about to disconnect battery to see if its an ecu prob

oh yay now the car has shit itself and wont even start tried new plugs and just put in a new tank+pump off my other vn tried another ecu even ffs im having no luck with this any help??
