Done 5Spd Conversion in v6 VP, Now i want a manual tuned MEMCAL. Any1 Know ?. Im running the auto computer with modified auto loom, running fine. No probs. But i wouldn't mind to get a manual tuned MEMCAL to make my VP put out a little better with the manual but nothing crazy. Just to add a little bit more and tuned perfect for running the 5speed. So if you can help me out where to get one and how much ?. Cheers![]()
VP's ARE THE BEST
theres no need as there is no difference between the auto and manual tunes in vn-vp, the reason they are different in vr onwards is because their auto is electronic so the computer runs the auto but vn/p is hydrolic so the computer has nothing to do with it.
ive been running the same tune in mine since converting to manual and never had a problem, if you dont already have a decent tune then get one but there is honestly no differance between auto to manual

VP V6 wiring is no different from auto to manual from what i know. Memcals might be a little different but will not run into any drastic issues using the auto memcal. Decel fuel and torque convertor will be my guess in the calibration differences. Ask Dr Bob or Greenfoam for a memcal.
