    Default VP driveshaft into trans

    Hi guys

I brought a rolling VP shell and I have put my 3.8 with auto trans into the shell. The problem I have come across now is that I cant get the driveshaft into the trans. The bolts on the diff flange are pretty rusted. I stopped trying when I was starting to strip the nuts. Can you give me some tips on how to get the drive shaft yoke into the gearbox??

    Cheers

drop the diff............... you could try undoing the bolts on the ceter bearing, geting the handbrake cable outa the way and manuvering the tail shaft till it bends on the uni's the way u want it.

easy'st way is to remove those 4 rusted bolts and replace them.

I tried taking the center mount off and bending the shaft in but there is not enough bend, I need to undo those bolts. I used 2 spanners but I'll try attacking the bolt like delcowizzid suggested. Cheers
