hey guys im having problems with the speedo in my vn exec it keeps getting stuck on zero and wont tell me what speed im doing it started a few weeks ago and at first i just tapped the cluster and it would work again but it seems to be getting worse and now just doesnt want to work any ideas on what i can do to fix this problem ive seen a thread on this subject before but i cant seem to find it can anyone give me a hand?
cheers!
It may well be a resistor on the voltage regulator behind the speedo in the cluster.

The arrows on this photo show what makes the fuel gauge fail, but it will most likely be some joint on this board. Just need to find it and re solder it.

It could eb the thing that actually turns it I dont know what its called but it could come loose out of the circuit board.. really unlikely though..
