what part am i looking at.

Hey guys, firstly i was trying to upload a picture, but i'm on dial up spped as ive gone over my limit lol, so i couldnt do it.
I was looking behind the drivers side head light, in the engine bay, and there's a black canister looking item, with rochester written on it. Can some one tell me what this is? also felt like it was empty?

It's a ball to hold vacuum so your vents can change while the car is without vacuum

carbon canister, its part of the emmission control and its suppose to be light in weight. *back hands greenfoam that vaccum ball is under the passenger light*

haha, yeah i've seen the black ball, on the other side, and thought it had something to do with the Air/ heating. Thanks Zuicider.
