    Smile Just bought another VP

    Hey guys Bought another vp
    in red same as my old one
    got the vp for 900 with rego till 2010
    getting a roady soon
    and then mods to be done
    swaping parts from my other vp to the new one
    as my old one has straight panels n the new one has some bumps
    getting it lowerd 2.5 catback exhaust
    and stereo

    anyone know how to install a monster tacho in a vp or is there any like how to thread for it
    any help would be great

    Also
    do ppl know cheap places that do exhaust's, springs paint jobs cheap in melbourne

    anyways will get some pics up tomorrow
    and when the mods start i will create a new thread for you guys to follow

    why not add power windows and level 3 upgrade to the list of mods.. both not too difficult or expensive.. see 88greenvn for the level 3 bits only takes a coupla hours to complete.. the power windows are a bit of a bitch but doable

    yea il agree with seeing 88greenvn for the lvl upgrade, he did mine and its sweet as, as for the monster tacho usually itl have 4 wires. Red Yellow Brown and Black... Now the black will be the negative, red will be the positive, yellow will be also a positive but for the backlight so u cn just add it to thje red wire and the brown wire will need to be wired up to the tacho wireing in the engine bay of the car. Its located (looking from front of the car) right hand side up near the a/c canister it runs along that side there and there will be a brown wire / plug just sitting outside the tapedup up loom it comes out of. Just wire it onto that and your all good to go.

    i dont know anywhere that does cheap exhaust or lowering (brought mine and them in myself)

    but what suburb you from? my mate works at jn and would be more then happy to give a good price on a system?

    I personally think monster tachos look horrible in cars with factory tachos in the dash, but thats jusy my opinion and each to there own.

    cant find my camera but will take some once i find the blimmin thing

    Ill check out 88greenvn now
    not too keen on the power windows but i might as i have all the stuff for it
    unless someone wants to buy em

    booked my car into the mechanic for Tuesday to get it serviced and such, and getting a new exhaust for it aswell
    might get them to put the tacho in aswell
    as im close mates with the owner and he wont charge me too much
