Unbalanced/buckled wheel is usually the culprit, if you haven't done so already, swap the fronts with the backs.
Brake rotors aren't warped at all? (test by braking and check for pedal pulse/more intense steering shudder)
I had a constant steering shake when i was above 80KM/h so i went about trying 2 fix the problem. i did a swap of any part on the front end of my car that looked worn, ball joints, shock mount plates, tie rod ends etc etc etc (all out of a VN i have 4 parts i know the steering in it was fine). basically had the entire front end steering and suspension out (except the rack). then went and got an alignment... now it is really strange my steering wheel does this constantly. It'll start of dead still, slowly build up vibration, slowly the vibration well die and the steering wheel is dead still again... and it just keeps doing it over and over, the higher the speed the worse it vibrates, it is just a constant pulsing through the steering wheel is the best way i can think to describe it.
So any ideas on what that might be?
