vn gear boxes

can any one help me out
i got a vn manual
in 3rd gear the gear stick sits there shaking wen im doing from 40 til about 80 over 80 in 3rd it sits still any one knows what my problem is ?

Sounds like you could use a new trans mount rubber $30, and about 30min to fit.
