Default Oil in water, But no water in oil

As the title says, i have oil in my water ( not to much ) but no water in my oil, and my car uses about 5l of water every 3 weeks.

Its allso a bitch to start first up, then runs on 3 cycl for about 5 seconds till it clears " its throat " then all good till a prolonged stop of an hr or more.

Just tell me its manifold gasket please

mines done 526,789k and still going strong, if you keep it maintained it will last ages my uncles has done 800,000 + k's and going good too he works at holdens and reckons should get 1,000,000 out of them as long as you service them regularly.

I service mine every 5000km with Penrite HPR15(winter)/HPR30(summer), I've just about done 310,000 km, still making lots of power, with little engine noise.
