knock sensor

okay guys, am having severe frustration problems. does anyone know where the hell the knock sensor is on a vn motor????????????am going nuts trying to find it and the manual tells you absolutely nothing!!!!!!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not entirely sure on the V6, I know it's on the side of the block somewhere, I *think* it's on the driver's side. I remember seeing it from underneath the car at some stage... Hope this vague info helps!

follow a wire onto the side of the block, near the middle. it'll be big and ugly, and the only thing that plugs in on the side.

its pretty much directly under the power steering pump. sort of like a bulbous shape screwed into the block
