so why do u need a hub adapter kit for vt brakes (for a vp)
just didnt know this question so hoping someone can shed some light on why you need a hub adapter etc.
VN/VP: brake rotor has wheel studs on it
VR/VS/VT: wheel hub has wheel studs on it, brake rotor slides over the studs.

so that mean hubs from a VR VS could be used to fit VT rotors?
No, they have a different offset. And you can't just bolt on a later style hub, you need the specific hub to suit the VN-VP stub axle.
You can get rotors that will fit the VR VS hub without a spacer ring that fit the VT calipers.
Mines a '99 VS Statesman and as far as i know most series 3 VS Statesman's came with VT brakes like mine, so maybe get the struts and brakes from a late VS Statesman?
Just an idea.
