putting climate control in a vn?

hi guys i was wondering how hard and whats involved in putting in climate control into a vn that just has normal air con do u need just the controller part or the whole air con unit as well

No Probs - I've done 2 climate upgrades now and it's worth the effort as I dont mind working on my cars. Some say it's all too hard

All I can say is I have 2 VN Executives with Climate in them at and when you tally up the hours of work thats gone int othe cars - the climate upgrade was but a blip in the time input.
