    Default Aftermarket power mirrors

Hey guys, I'm looking to put power mirrors into my VN. I saw some brand new aftermarket mirrors at eastcoast auto today. Are they any good? Has anyone bought these before?
Or am I just better off buying a $20 set off ebay??? The aftermarket ones are about $65 each. The plugs looked the same as well. So should be no problem connecting them to the factory loom.

Yeah they have the factory 3 pin plug on a short loom, about 15cm long. I don't have a photo as this is the only place i've seen them. And camera in my phone dosen't work. They look a bit small though, and only come in black.

I think even the stock ones only come in black too so I thats not a problem. Me personally I would go the cheapies off ebay, just based on the price you can't really go wrong if you know that your not buying top of the range, but sometimes buying cheap stuff pays off.

Chrome ones you can buy on ebay. They look similar to the mirrors on BMW M3.

Anyway, i'm going into the place where I saw them tomorrow, hopefully someone there knows something about these aftermarket mirrors.

Ok went and spoke to one of the guys about those mirrors. They are aftermarket copies and they arn't all that great. They have to be redrilled to fit to factory mounting holes and apperently when water gets in behind the mirror, goodbye motor.

Looks like its a cheapy set for me.
