    Default Red flashing immobiliser light

    In my Vp commodore the red flashing immobiliser light on the center console could i get another colour globe and put in there, What sorta globe do they use. would like to make it blue insted of red

    not hard to change just get the same sized LED but its a rather narrow one. Its just a cut off solder on job.

    itd probably be a 5mm l.e.d wouldnt it. replace it with the high intensity blue ones, will look shmick

    did mine high brightness neon blue. Its 5mm LED and easy to change. See it a mile away at night

    also can the lights in these controls be fixed? i only have 2 working out of all of them including the ones on the other side

    Yep they're tiny little things, twist and remove the holders with pointy nosed pliars, they tend to keep blowing though, enjoy.

    well you take them out and replace them. There there wedged into little black holder on the circuit board really hard ot get to though need either a lot of patience or you can try take it apart but just remember how it goes together, also I replaced mine with blue t5 LEDs, seeing as you seem to like blue LEDs lol.

    do you have any pictures or anything to show how to do it properly i dont really want to brake it lol

    also how does it look with blue led do you have any pictures with it working.

    I used long nose plyers to get at them, except mine are calais ones so there a sh*t load more complecated your should be fairly simple though, I remeber wreckon one like that to get the light sockets out (cant buy just sockets anymore.)

    what part are you having problems with? old globe comes out, new globe goes in... i can't see how you wouldn't be able to do it properly.

    and blue what... blue flashing immobiliser light? i don't think that really warrants a picture... or did you mean blue dash? search works ok for this. here's one photo i pulled, better quality ones exist, but i'm not going to do your job for you.

    problem is fixed was easyer then i thought once you know what your looking for lol. Now next problem to fix is the cigarette ring not lighting up.
