VN Power Steering, sump and rear main seal

Ive got a bit of a power steering leak
been told its the rack thats buggered.
apparenly there big bucks to buy.

but i found this one,

is it anygood? anyone had any experiences with these racks?
it says its for lighter steering? is that good lol

also i have a slight oil leak from what looks like the sump.
its not to serious but i would still like to fix it.
i have a engine crane and a few friend s and my instructer at tafe. so lifting the engine out slightly shouldnt be a problem.
my question is how much are replacement sump gaskets to buy?
and are they hard to change?

ive heard my leak could also me my rear main seal. how do u go about changing the seal?
whats the seal worth?

a real pain in the arse.
lifting the engine is not enough, either remove or lift and drop the k frame.
rear seal is a biggy to.
