1993 VP Wagon 3.8 Auto Seized Engine

Unfortunately the engine has seized in my VP and I need to move it on.

How much should I ask for it? I have a bloke who wants to take it off my hands. It doesn't have rego or rwc but body wise its good and has good parts apart from the engine!!!

Any ideas?

siezed engine is a sign of poor maintainance so i would replace the box as a given.
