Weird Noise in Vp 93 Engine

i own a vp executive 92 n there is a noise cumin from my engine like ur rubbing 2 bits of sand paper together i took it to a mechanic n he said its cumin from the back of my engine somwhere he cudnt tell me wat it was he said it culd be my flex plate or torque convertor. i thought it would of been my harmonic balancer im due for a new 1 as it out of line a bit. i changed my oil n still hearing the noise

maybe try a better mechanic that can tell you what it is? i dont have any idea what it would be but im sure if a good mechanic heard it or had a decent look they'd figure it out.
