aaargh wtf help. k frame/control arm madness

i took out the old v6 k frame and i put in the k frame for my v8 conversion. only thing is i can't get the radius rods to go into the bushes in the front of the kframe cos the control arms at the back stop them.
i can't get the control arms at the back into the k frame cos the radius rods at the front stop them
i can't unbolt the radius rod from the control arm, the nut's hard to get purchase on and when i do the rubber just flexes cos it's not connected to anthing at the other end

bolt k frame up first thanradius rod in then the control arm.
try lifting the radius rod up a little so the control arm is under the k frame.
if you realy get stuck then drop the arm off the strut.

umm.. I recall somewhere in my memory bank the need to use 'new' Bolts for the K-Frame, prolly worth some investigating over a beer .. or two :P
