gday, are 42lb injectors too big for vn supercharged on 8psi? and are 28lb inj too small? cheers.
Awesome thats what I had hoped, I picked up a brand new set for 420. Reason being, my car is running 8 psi on buick pos dis charger. It has been pinging even under light loads. In fact I havent put my foot down at all bcos of it. I figured larger INJ would help even things out?
you will need to tune the car and maybe fit an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to make sure you get a good spray pattern out of larger injectors

yes, ive got a malpassi rising rate yet to go on aswell, and allready hav a tune but it seems to b tuned 4 lower boost, and am having trouble finding a boost press location on the charger where i can connect a reg and boost gauge to? i dont want to hav to drill out the valley plate. any ideas?
standard L67 uses 36lbs injectors.
ditch the rising rate reg, fit the standard reg and get a proper tune to suit the injectors you end up getting

36lb injectors from a super6 are 370cc, will support (at 80% duty cycle) around 420hp at the crank... you can use either a stock regulator, a rising rate, or a fixed rate reg- mine feeds 1psi more fuel pressure per psi it sees, which is 1:1 preset rate, and apparently helps with tuning due to the base pressure being adjustable (bigger squirters can run well at lower base when chasing higher power).
even the stock reg will rise at a 1:1 rate hence why i and a lot of other tuners allways tell people not to replace them the aftermarket regs dont hold constant pressure and can vary from day to day and are badly affected by heat and other weather variables
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong
tabbacco is still my favorite vegetable
when using bigger injectors a small increase in fuel pressure can help obtain a better spray pattern from the injectors...and the same amount of power can be made from less duty cycle...i would agree the rising rate isnt necessary but perhaps an adjustable 1:1 regulator should be fitted
