Vn car alarm

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows what brand the immobiliser and alarm is on a 91 vn calais. I had to bypass the switch cause the immobiliser wouldnt turn off when I pushed the button to start it. Anyways I rang a holden dealer and he wreckons the original alarm was other a mongoose or a cobra and if its mongoose I can fix this problem for $90. Does anyone know what brand it could be I dont know where to look and on the remote it just says holden which makes me wonder if it is even one of those brands. Help is much appreciated!!!

I think it may be a mongoose, thats what the auto elec told me when i installed an aftermarket alarm in my car.
