SV3800 power windows

hey guys,


my drivers side power window button is playing up. the window goes down and the down button works fine but when you press the up button it doesnt click like theres something under it and the window doesnt go up. i dont want to pull the switches off and break them as i dont know how they come off :S


any ideas?

sounds like the contact is worn out

how would i check that?
do the switches come off or would i have to take the console off?

the switches pull out from the console and then can be unclipped from the loom, resolder the connections to the switch, probably dry solder

all the wires are soldered. the button still doesnt click and or engage the window.

just swapped the switches and did it that way. looks like the switch is ****ed. anyone got an idea on how much a new one would be?
