VN 5LT Trip computer problem..

G'day people, my trip computer insists i'm using about 3 litres per 100 klms.. it's normally around the 9 litre mark. It's happened before and fixed itself up before as well but does anyone know why this happens? all other functions appear to be normal. thanks.

oh while i'm at it - my Calais has ultralow kings (SSL) all around, been on for about a month and while it looks sexy i'm looking for a swap with SL's. The roads around here are throwing my hip out! hahaha

if i remember right its a sensor that measures it, may just need replacing
