Jacking Up VN

Okay so I know this is probably been done before but I'm useless at using the search. I did a cpouple but found nothing. I need to jack up my vn commodore, and I've forggot where to jack it up from and where to place the stands?

front or rear?

If its rear just go from the diff
If its front do k-frame.....

I Usually jack mine up before and after the wheels because i cant get under the diff or kframe, but its hard to explain where about it is..... A tip i will give you is give where your going to jack a knock with something and if it doesn't seem as solid as the chassis then dont jack there....

Rear, I'm painting petrol tank, which is dented? will this effect how much fuel I can carry?


So I just take the jack onto the center of the diff then place the stands on either side?

Yeah jack under diff (Im assuming you have a trolley jack) then stands on either sides of the housing somewhere. I just usually sit them under the sway bar mounts.
