Will VR motor bolt upto VP auto gearbox?

Hi,
I just bought a VP berlina LX for $200, but the motor is stuffed (has done 570,000km) and I can sorce a VR V6 motor cheap, so im just wondering if anybody knows if a VR motor will bolt up to a VP auto gearbox and also if i will need to use a VR ECU and loom?

if its a Buick yes it will fit straight bolt up not sure about the cas if the wiring is the same in the s2 vp and the vr even if it isn't just change the balencer and cas of the rooted engine

if its vr auto dont bother with the vr loom and ecu if its vr manual dont bother either LOL just swap the vp loom over to the vr engine will bolt to the box fine too

its best to get a tune to suit but it will run ok ish on the vp tune

defiantly a tune to wake the little Buick up a bit as they dont make much torque and that will help a bit im sure delco wizzid will explain if ya ask
