    Default Replacing CAS

Im looking at replacin the CAS on my S1 VN this weekend to see if it'll resovle the cutting out issue ive been having... is there any trick to putting it on eg: is there a write up or something?

i know its behind the balancer and im prepared to struggle with the crank bolt ... but is there anything i should know?

    Thanks!

not really anything much can go wrong just make sure the fins on the balancer are all straight and arnt hitting the new cas when the balancer turns and you cant go wrong the s1 version cas is adjustable in and out to get clearance for the fins
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong

just like delco wizzid said make sure the fins are right and adjust it right other wise ya will smash the new one i tend to take the bracket off with the old sensor in it still and mark where its positioned to make it simpler when putting it back on
i wont tolerate cretins aiming to cause problems here at jc and nor will i hesitate to let the moderators know

if its v6 you cant actually set timing cause the cas only goes on one place
