    Default MAP sensor.. where is it

    hi i am putting a 304 v8 into my nissan patrol but i think i am missing the MAP sensor...
    where is it located on the car,
    it has been a while since i have had a 5 litre commodore and i can remember where it is located.

    any help would be great.

    On my Senator, it's located on the passenger side of the engine bay looking at it front on, just below the windscreen wiper, but in the engine bay of course.

    On a 5 litre, there is a vacuum line that runs from the manifold to the MAP sensor, it's the vacuum line on the right, looking at the manifold front on.

    oh ok, its all coming back now, yes i remember their are two lines coming off the front of the manifold and run through the 'bananas' and to the sensor.


    ok so now i need to get my hands on a map sensor....
    anyone got a working one for sale??????
