VS brake calipers on a VN

Hello.

Just enquiring if its just a simple swap over to fit VS front calipers to my 89 VN s pak?

If not what would i need to do?

Yes they'll be fine
It is the pipe threads that will possibly be different if you use the brake hoses from the VS calipers. Get two new copper washers and reuse your current brake hoses from the calipers.

i didnt think the vs ones would be any better thou unless there v8 spec ones

vp s2 till vs are the v8 calipers..... (pretty sure?)

so for you to throw the vs calipers on a vn you will need the 290mm(?) v8 disk...... because if i remember right your current v6 one's are like 270mm.....

vp s2 - vs v6 are the same as the vn-vs v8 calipers. you will need compatible rotors for the calipers to be of any use to you.
