Default VN S1 motor/box into VP S2 with ABS

Well i am going to be fitting a VN S1 Engine/box (auto) to a 93VP wagon, i may have ran into a problem that i have thought of, the wagon has ABS and if i am fitting a S1 engine to it i will need the surge tank this may be in the way of the ABS that sits close to the side. has anyone every fitted a S1 motor in a VP with ABS can they shed some light on the subject, also is there any other info i may be needing.

I think the engine loom may need to be swapped to the S1 loom not the VP loom as the pins in the plugs are different they plug up but there is an extra pin or something.

With the S1 motor is there anyway of using the s2 over flow?? i dont think there is as the s1 is under pressure. any info is great as i will be starting this today thanx.

you can use the s1 wiring and extend the coolant sensor wires to the front behind the alternater if you want an easy fix to any extra pins in the plugs by the battery.i have the s2 body harness and s1 engine loom in my car right now from the last owner i did notice theres a wire from those plugs by the batteru with standard crimps on no longer in a plug im guessing thats the extra one i can check it out if you want.as for the brakes ide say just some non abs brake lines would do it master cylinder is most likely the same part

The master cylinder doesnt have the lines on it, they go to the abs, i checked the difference from mine to the ABS one. if i got a s1 loom with the engine is it still going to plug into the other plugs near the Fuse holder?
