Rocker cover gaskets retail for around $30 each, and spark plugs for between $3-4 each.

You wouldnt put second hand Rocker cover gaskets on, just buy new ones, also on brands it depends on how much money you have to spend, NGK sparkys are good, bosche leads, whatever you can afford it would be better than whats in there now.

What the hell, you spent more on plugs than on leads? That's like $11 per plug! That's almost three times what they retail for at Burson

You should spend more on leads and less on plugs. Think of plugs as an expendable, and leads as an investment.
