Hey
Ok. The owner before me has done the S**TEST job of putting on my body kit, and I want to remove it. I just want a standard body so I can lower it.
Ok, this is my problem. The rear bumper thingy is MOULDED OVER THE ORIGINAL CAR. Like, its been bogged to the car... but i can see its litterally right over the old rear end.
So if i unscrew it, bog is going to be holding it on. And im going to break it off.
Im just wondering what the original paint is going to be like underneath? Im sure no matter how bad it is, it cant look worse than it already is haha.
Ill get some pics up, and some pics of where its screwed to the body. I'm probably gonna try to take it off in a day or two..
Not lookin to cop abuse here... I'll admit it's the shittest look ever!
Oh and can someone recommend me some springs so i wont have a massive gap in the rear wheel arch? i want it pretty low once the bumper thing is off.
cheers![]()

Mate I'm gonna be using my bare hands haha
but yeah you can see in the 3rd pic, thats where it is mainly attatched

thats what im kinda tryin to say..
how the heck am i gonna get it all off in one go?
i figured im gonna unscrew it (screws in the wheel arch) and then when i go to pull it off, it will snap off where its bogged on..

get it off, and look for some paint, cos from what i can see you'll be respraying the rear end!!!!!!
and yeah i agree, that's the shittest body kit attachment i ever seen, the owner b4 u should be shot and the installer, if it was him that did it, well 2 birds with one stone lol
I'm not too concerned with painting atm... they re painted it. You cant see in the pics, but there are runs n streaks n shit everywhere. its the shittest job so im not TOO worried.

I say keep the kit on, but take the wheels off, weld up all the wheel arches and holes, chuck one of these bad boys on the back, and woooooohooooooo!!!!!!![]()

Give Active Auto 08 83468000 a call(cbd adelaide)and see what they have in a normal vr or vs barfor the front(they may know who else to call) and i would say it will not be much.I dont know if you guys have a pick a part where you are but have a look at the wreckers mate.....do it on the cheap.
