vn gearbox problem

hey all, i recently had 2nd gear syncro replace and now when i hard shift into 3rd it jams up, when slow shifting its algood, ive just found out that if i sit there going through the gears without the car going & put it into 3rd i can push hard & it will go forward more, the same is happening in 4th but not in any other gears, does anyone have ideas

Take it back it does not sound right at all.It should shift smooth unless they have stuffed up or the rest of the gears are stuffed....tried ringing the guy who fixed it yet?
