304 Rebuild for S/C

Hi, and yes i did a search.

I've been trying to find the right info on what I can do to my 304 for 10g (vn). I need the engine built really strong so It can take punishment doing track work. I'm chasing a 450FWHP motor minimum.

I thought a S/C setup might be better to get those numbers, but how much work needs to go into the block so it can take punishment. Any help appreciated, Its hard trying to find the exact info without people flaming u for not searching first.
