Did you switch the relay to a 40A?
I used a 35A blade fuse upgrade BUT it's melted
I did my wiring the same as you have
edit: my wiring isn't quite the same. I just bridged all the AU wiring to the VN plug, didn't run a fuse for each fan

Much betterbut it takes a fair bit of trimming and imagination to mount them properly.. my charcoal canister is still only held up by cable ties.

I recently set up au fans they work great but you need to run
through a relay and have a source trigger the relay like ignition etc.
you can also run a davies craig thermo switch which is fully adjustable.
look here all the info you need and wiring diagrams http://www.daviescraig.com.au/Images...(08-08-06).pdf
Mine are running through the relay for the factory V6 fan, triggered by the ECU. I just need to sort the wiring outbut that can wait a couple of weeks, for now I am going to LONDON BABY
