Cheers, It is all standard except for the radio/cd player and front/ back speakers. I have had it approximately 12 years now. Seats, carpets etc are as new always had HSV sheepskins on front seats. Hood lining was changed as the foam broke down and let it sag. Thanks again.

Sometimes you see them fail to sell for very low prices but one with 120,000 will be desirable to a HSV collector so I wouldn't part with it for under 10 grand either. The non original paint might hurt the value tho

The original paint faded and was virtually polished off the roof and boot where the sun comes through the garage window. The N/Qld sun made it powder looking mainly on the right hand side. I always use my HJ75 Cruiser ute for work so it is mostly sitting there. Thanks for the heads up.

Should have had it resprayed in the factory colour. A die hard collector would only pay top dollar for a mint all original car.

If you get an offer of 10k, take it and run!

There jumping down your throat for quoting redbook. Redbook is about as accurate as asking a 5yo what its worth.

Stealthy....thanks and I guess i should have used the common mans estimate system where if it looks cool,is cool, sounds mean and goes hard then its worth whatever he can afford to pay...i think a fair estimate would be around the ten grand mark realistically. Depends if you put it on egay and get a few bidders at war it could go as high as 15 grand on a good weekend.

Keep in mind different values in different states. 10k in the eastern states would be about 15k in SA......

The red pearl does not photograph well in bright light. Photos look faded show better when the sun is not bright.

    $10k easy.

VP HSV's are rare, and when considering what clapped out VN/VP SS's and 5 litre Calais' sell for with 250,000km on them, its a reasonable price.

Thanks Blokes, much appreciated. The wildfire red pearl is a bit brighter than the original paint and has 3 or 4 coats of clear just cant remember now as it was painted 3 or 4 years ago. It is a prettier color. I often get asked what color it is by young dudes. The body and suspension is still tight and the IRS is such an improvement for normal driving. Will see if I can get some pics from a different camera as the pearl does not show with my camera. Still original paint in engine bay. Best regards
