    Angry Drivers Door Key Barrel Jammed |

    Yo, other day walked outta JB go to unlock car n it wouldnt work jammed vertical.

    Now have to walk round passenger side to unlock tha car everytime sooo annoyin.

    Wat can i do to fix this crap its drivin me mad!!!

    take it out and soak it in penetrene let it sit and put the key in it and turn it until its moving nice

    Like take the barrel outta the door :S

    It like was hard to get it outta dead lock alll the time. Recon it still be good, its not stuck in dead lock or id be skrewed

    its just sieved. they do rust a lil penetrene saved me, or u could build a new lock

    hmm ill give it a shot.

    How do u go about building a new barrel for it, take it to locksmith get them to match it???

    Nah you don't need to go to a locksmith to get it rekeyed. If you get a new barrel from Holden or Rare Spares, you also get the little pieces that are used to code the barrel.

    As long as you are careful with the old barrel, and record the little number stamped onto the pieces when you disassemble it, you can use that to code the new barrel.

    Takes about an hour to do, and it's pretty fun =P

    Hmmm great fun by the sounds

    I jst sprayed sum lithium grease in there, its chockas fulla foam.

    Guess if it dnt work il have to get a locky onto it.
