    Default torque specs mains & rods 5lt

    Hi fellow knucklebusters can anybody tell me the torque specs for the mains and rods in a vn 5lt

    For a VP V8, which will be the same, I have:

    Main bearing cap bolt: 81-95Nm

    Connecting rod cap bolt: 56-64Nm
