Probably a sticking throttle valve (in the valve body) - very common fault in TH700/TH4L60. => trans apart, or at least the valve body.

You can try adjusting the TV cable but I doubt it will do much. On top of the back of the engine you will see the plate with the throttle and TV cables. The TV cable is the one without the nuts on the cable sheath. Push the metal tab in on the TV cable and the cable inner should spring back inside the sheath. Fully open the throttle by hand - you will hear and feel the cable ratchet out. Done.

Yeh, thanks for the answers, I appreciate it. The speed i,m doing is about 110, when I lift my foot off a little bit it changes down and after a couple of seconds its back in top gear without changing speed.

That would be the torque converter clutch unlocking...

If you really want to check that it is the TCC, it's possible to connect an LED light to the diagnostic link connector that will light when the TCC is active. (I had such a light, and a switch to activate the TCC, hooked up at one point but it was long enough ago that I have forgotten how I did it. I could figure out what I did, if anyone is interested.)
