you change shit on the front suspension then you get a wheel alignment, or you go buy a ford and i won't give a rats arse.
cheers fellas will ring up and get an alignment for saturday
Hi All well i went to take it for a wheel alignment yesterday and the bloke said i need a new rack end on driver side tie rod end and Lower Control arm bushes, front and rear Radias Rod Rubbers i have put them all in and took it for a test drive around the block every time i put my foot on the brake i get a knock i was wandering if i have done something wrong or it needs a wheel alignment which is what i am doing tommorow or is there another problem is it because the rack end needs adjustment or something along the lines of that any help would be great
I have done the same as vr929 replaced everything the the front end down to the rack, struts, bearing and bushes i did get a wheel alignment day after work was done. the bloke said that it all looks great aligned well car drives sweet, let go of the wheel drives straight... now when i stand hard on the brake before a corner thats when i get a loud sinlge knock every time as the car dives down off the brake round the corner on the power and a small knock as the car straightens and levels. i didnt have this before the work was done i've gone all over everything i have done and it all looks good and tight... it's got me stumped
