looking at getting an aftermarket overflow bottle to tuck somewhere, just dont know the capacity of the stock unit, before i go outside with a syphon hose and a measuring cup, does anyone know?
should it really matter?, aslong as is a guestimate of the factory overflow you should be right, why do you want to change the stock one?
But if its a small over flow bottle just check it regular, and also not sure if it has to be a sertain hight as for it putting water back into the radiator, not sure if it can be lower or higher that maybe another thing you would have to look at, but its just a thought.

The question is how much coolant does the radiator cap expel at (and above) operating temp. Doesnt really matter if its higher/lower as long as theres no leaks and the bottle pickup is submerged in coolant.
Keep us posted if you work something out, I'm sick of my gay looking VN overflow/washer bottles![]()

I can understand why Mr savage would want to remove his because he has mental issues with that kind of thing, but I'm not understanding why powerslave can't keep his stock one![]()
it's trueonce I even wonder if something shouldn't be there, I slowly become 100% set on it until it eats at me

ended up getting this, hopefully the volume and fittings matches up, otherwise i'll just use it as a washer bottle, and delete everything from the driver pillar.
