    Exclamation manual cruise control

I finally got my cruise working and figured I may as well put a switch on the clutch as well so off I ran to repco grabbed a brake switch and the little round bracket that the switch pushes into get back to work go to put it in the hole on clutch and the whole damn thing fell through the hole is there a special switch for the clutch or do I have to attach a bit of plate to it and drill it out to fit brake switch

    Congrats on the cruise working

There are 2 different types of switch (large and small thread) and there is little by way of working out what goes where. Random comes to mind.

If you dont have the speed clip that sits into the hole - you will need to use 2 large nuts to set the switch correctly.

I'll be removing the pedal box on my old vn wagon manual this weekend which had cruise fitted at holden when it was first bought.. has a clutch switch can take a pic if you want.

had a look and there was no switch fitted on the clutch.. which is odd as i could have sworn that it had an operating clutch switch when i first got the car. doesnt look too difficult to adapt something though so good luck
