Otherwise, how hard is it, and what is needed to swap the switchblocks over, on VP exec, to those found in a Calais/Statesman ect.
You might find some of the buttons dont have the same action ...like the heated rear window on some statos use a momentary action instead of a push on push off type and the dimmer works different too and the int wipers have different controls too as they use a bcm and the exects dont have a bcm.

there is a difference between vn and vp in this case. i'm going to be naughty and assume that a vq would run the vn style, unless it runs a different setup again . some of the buttons are switched around, and the vn style uses more (as above) push on / push off buttons, while the vp uses a lot of momentary action ones (so, an electronic switch).
