VN Auto shift kit v6>8 help please.

G'day guys and gals.

I have myself a new VN calais 5LTR i bought for a bargin at 2k...

I was planning on shift kitting the auto some time down the track but ive found myself another box thats been shift kitted with a corvette server for 200 bucks, only thing is i have to take it out and install it myself unless i feel like paying for a mechanic.

So at 200 bucks i thought bargin, but its also from a v6 turbo engine, will it bolt straight up onto my current car? will i need to do much modding? and if anyone is feeling nice can they do a slight right up or a link on how to remove the gearbox (Needs to be out by tomorrow so only option is i do it myself).

Mate you should know, V6 & V8 gearboxes are not interchangeable.
