Default VQ dash conversion in VN

hey ive been tossing up wether or not to do a vs stato dash conversion. for now im going to put it off, and instead just do a vq stato conversion.

i quite like the look of the chrome panel and i still pick up the main electrics i want, the electric mirrors, level 3 cluster.

now is the vq dash a straight bolt up? and what elctrics can i use? for instance im guessing the trip communter and cruise controller shouldnt be to hard, especially if i put the whole vq loom in, but how about climate control and stuff, does the vq stuff bolt in the vn?

Everything will bolt in. Not sure on the wiring side, but its alllllll been done before, and been covered on the forum many times.

You know the dash is physically the same? Only the colour changes, and strips are added.....

alright ive brougt a vn dash top part. black with chrome strip, comes with chrome strip vents and a lvl 3 cluster, however the cluster has a bleed in an lcd so may sell it for a better one. all for the large fee of $26

so this should fix my dodgey sticky fuel guage my broken odomter, my broken glove box (falls out cause clips are broken on vn dash) and look that bid more classier

i have a few questions, i plan to run extras i dont have now such as electric windows, electric mirrors, cruise control, and any others. so im thinking i obviously need the switch blocks, 4 window regs, witches, loom for that, mirrors and loom from that, cruise control module and loom, is there anything i have forgotten?

im also thinking to do the level three cluster ill need to modify my dash loom. would it be easier replace my main dash loom with one from a vq or a vn calais? and just plug the accesorys into? does a vn calais dash/body loom just plug straight up in my car?

and also i can use my vn maual centre console and stereo surround right? im thinking ill just vinly paint/dye in black to match up the dash.

finnaly anyone with parts listed in this please sing out, especially the looms
