290mm heavy duty "V8" brakes.

Im about to put the new 290mm discs into my VN. Has anyone else up graded to heavy duty brakes and is there a significant increase in stoping power?

when combined with the 1 inch master cylinder and booster yes theyre a better than the stock ones

Only if you have the v8 booster and master, mostly the booster

i know what a 1" master cylinder is but what is a booster? and what model commodores do these parts come in?

The booster is the Big black thing behind the master cylinder, and the one you want are off v8s vn vp vr maybe, and BT1s
