    Default Gearbox: Question

    I need to replace the gearbox on my 5.0 vn ss motor which i put in my vp,and have been told two different things.I need to know if a v6 gearbox, which i have sitting here will work are they the same?In the owners manual the only difference in the gearboxes is the oil capacity, are they both t700.If anyone could clear this up for me it would be really good so as i know what i have to do.
