Help needed sc14 supercharger emission requirements vp

Hi guys, just about to embark on fitting a sc 14 supercharger to my v6 3800 vp. I have rang up regency park sa. And they are saying that the charger has to pass the emissions test to b legal. They are also talking bout a letter that states that It does comply from someone that has already done this. Then I wouldn't need to go through regency. Please guys wot are your thought, and how do I get around this. The charger is a complete kit and is second hand Any help or suggestions would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance Marty .

i don't think any aftermarket charger is emissions compliant? that's the price you pay for POWA. i guess it might be possible if you got it engineered though.
